Illinois Clean Energy Grants
All Tech Energy has assisted hundreds of organizations in obtaining grants from the Illinois Clean Energy Grant Program including schools, park districts, nursing homes, libraries, municipal facilities and 5013c charitable organizations. ComEd Rebates and Incentives
Business customers can take advantage of the new programs which include commercial and industrial incentives and rebates on lighting retrofits, motors, HVAC equipment and chillers. Commercial and industrial customers will receive cash back from ComEd for the implementation of these technologies. These programs help defray the upfront costs of energy saving projects enabling you to take greater control of your energy bills while reducing your environmental impact.
Illinois Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Rebates & Incentives
While the ComEd incentives apply to commercial and industrial customers, the DCEO provides incentives for the public sector.
EPAct 2005 Tax Deduction
This tax deduction has been extended, and there is still time to realize the savings opportunities that the Energy Policy Act (EPAct) offers. With energy tax incentives of as much as $1.80 per square foot and the potential to save thousands of dollars on your energy costs, there will never be a better time to upgrade your lighting.
We can assist you in the preparation and distribution of the required documentation, including approved certificates for your buildings to take advantage of the schedule 179D filing. This is a one time tax deduction versus a depreciation of your capital expense in years 2006 through 2013.
SPIF’s & TIF’s
